It depends on the complexity of the product. Simple products such as LCD screens and touch screens take 2-4 weeks to produce, while more complex products such as custom AD boards or special solutions take 4-10 weeks.

Our monthly production capacity is as follows: Optical Bonding Modules 40k per month,Touch devices 20k per month.

We support TT payment, 50% deposit, 50% balance before shipment. Other special circumstances can be negotiated separately.

There is no difference in the display technology – both use TFT LCD panels – but the “LED monitor” uses a white LED backlight to illuminate the TFT LCD panel, while traditional LCD monitors use cold cathode fluorescent lamps (CCFL). The advantages of LED backlighting include higher brightness and dynamic contrast, lower power consumption, longer backlight lifetime and a slimmer monitor housing. There are four advantages:1.Increased ruggedness: Bonding a sheet of glass on top of the display increases the ruggedness of the display. 2.Improved durability: A bonded display is better able to resist scratches, fluids, stains and dirt. 3.Condensation: The elimination of an air gap between the cover glass and the display means that moisture cannot penetrate and cause fogging on display's surface. 4.Extended temperature range and EMI filtering: The temperature range of the display can be extended by incorporating ITO heaters on the cover glass; EMI filters can be added via the same mechanism.
